Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations remotely
• Monitor and analyze operational processes and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide support for various projects and initiatives
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
