Responsibilities: ? Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from customers regarding technical issues with our products and services ? Identify and troubleshoot technical problems through effective questioning and active listening ? Provide clear and concise instructions to customers on how to resolve their issues ? Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team member ? Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our database ? Stay current with product knowledge and updates to provide accurate and timely support to customers

Requirements: ? High School diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification or education is a plus ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ? Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment ? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically ? Proficient in using computers and troubleshooting technical issues
