Job Title: Remote Call Center Agent (Outbound/Inward)

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM (Various shifts)

Salary: $14.00 per hour

Benefits: Available after 60 days for full-time employees

Job Overview

We are currently in search of motivated and customer-focused representatives to become integral members of our remote team. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service solutions to our esteemed clients daily. The selected candidates will engage in consistent outbound communications for various programs and projects, accurately document all customer interactions, and uphold the highest standards of integrity while complying with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
?Conduct consistent outbound calls for diverse programs and projects.
?Accurately record all customer interactions.
?Uphold integrity and adhere to company policies and procedures.
?Perform typing and data entry tasks.
?Upsell products and services as applicable.
?Schedule appointments in a business-to-customer format.
?Maintain a comprehensive understanding of campaign products, services, and promotions.

Required Skills
?Excellent interpersonal skills and active listening abilities.
?Strong communication skills, with a clear, professional, and friendly voice.
?Basic computer skills and computer literacy are essential.
?Outstanding attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications
?Minimum of one year of call center experience, ideally with automatic dialers and call scripting (mandatory for remote candidates).
?A high school diploma or GED is required.
?Sales experience is advantageous.
?Experience in an outbound environment is preferred.
