Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and empathetic individuals to become part of our dedicated team as Outbound Healthcare Representatives. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in educating individuals about the invaluable advantages of early health screenings. By utilizing a consultative approach, you will empower callers to recognize their health risks and assist them in making informed wellness decisions.
Key Responsibilities
? Engage with potential clients to collect pertinent health information and evaluate their individual health risks.
? Inform callers about the advantages of early health screenings, emphasizing prevention and early identification of chronic and severe health conditions that can enhance both longevity and quality of life.
? Employ a consultative sales strategy to recommend appropriate screening services, guiding callers toward suitable options.
? Achieve and surpass sales objectives by converting leads and coordinating appointments.
? Upsell screening packages tailored to individual health requirements.
? Secure payment plans and prioritize the scheduling of pre-paid screenings.
Required Skills
? Exceptional phone etiquette and proficient consultative sales abilities.
? A competitive mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed performance targets.
Qualifications
? A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or a call center setting.
? High school diploma or equivalent required (physical copy). Some college coursework is advantageous.
? Reliable internet connection: minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds, with the capacity to connect via a wired connection (no satellite or cellular hotspots).

Compensation And Benefits
? Competitive hourly pay: (14 - )16, along with additional monthly performance-based incentives.
? Flexible working hours: choose between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST or 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST.
? Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options (four plans available).
? Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual after six months, with advance usage options. PTO increases with tenure.
? Monthly commission based on performance, with average monthly earnings around (600, and top performers bringing home between )1,800 - $2,500 monthly.
