Job Overview

Key Responsibilities ? Coordinate Candidate Communication: Oversee candidate interactions, including interview scheduling and follow-up communications. ? Conduct Interviews: Engage with candidates to assess qualifications and ensure alignment with team needs. ? Onboard New Hires: Facilitate an inclusive onboarding process that ensures new employees feel welcomed and equipped for success. ? Source Candidates: Utilize social media platforms, including LinkedIn, to identify and connect with potential candidates. ? Pre-screen Applicants: Evaluate resumes and online portfolios to determine candidate suitability. ? Collaborate on Job Requirements: Work in conjunction with the hiring manager to clarify and define the requirements for each position. ? Send Recruiting Communications: Draft and distribute engaging recruitment emails to prospective candidates and follow up as necessary. ? Build a Talent Pool: Create and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs. ? Maintain Candidate Records: Update and log candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant databases. ? Track Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and report on essential recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and sources of hire.

Required Skills
? Demonstrated experience in an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or a similar administrative role in human resources.
? Proficiency in utilizing social media and professional platforms for recruiting purposes.
? Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
? Familiarity with ATS software for effective candidate tracking.
? Basic understanding of labor laws and human resources best practices.
? Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks efficiently.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for engaging with candidates and team members professionally.

Qualifications
? Relevant experience in HR or administrative roles is essential, highlighting the ability to manage tasks effectively.
? An educational background in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, with an associate?s degree or equivalent being an advantage.
