What you'll do:
? Consultative Selling: Utilize your expertise to understand member needs and tailor personalized travel solutions.
? Outbound Sales: Make proactive calls to reach potential members and introduce our exciting travel offerings.
? Achieve Goals: Meet and exceed individual sales targets, quotas, and metrics.
? Product Knowledge: Become a brand expert and guide members towards the best products and services.
? Member Support: Assist members with understanding their benefits and address inquiries with confidence.
? Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with your team to achieve shared goals.
? Customer Focus: Prioritize exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.

What you'll need:
? 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
? Proven track record of achieving sales goals and exceeding expectations
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
? Ability to overcome objections and build rapport with potential members
? Passion for travel and a desire to help others
? Previous military service is highly preferred
