Key Responsibilities
? Facilitate daily communication with technicians regarding project status and service details.
? Act as the liaison amongst Sales, Technicians, Engineering, and Clients.
? Coordinate with sales and purchasing to guarantee materials availability for projects.
? Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely invoicing and financial accuracy.
? Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
? Schedule and coordinate technician appointments and project timelines.
? Verify that project materials are adequately stocked and prepared for delivery.

Required Skills
? Minimum of 2 years of proven project management experience in construction, marketing, or software development sectors.
? Proficient in managing multiple projects concurrently while handling diverse workloads.
? Strong communication abilities?clear and effective via text, email, phone, and chat.
? Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive thinking.
? Familiarity with Excel, Word, and business management software.
? Quick adaptability to new software platforms.

Qualifications
? A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for job site visits if necessary.
? A clean criminal record.
? Comfort with air and boat travel.
? A positive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for technology.
? Strong common sense and proactive problem-solving approach.
? Educational background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business, Accounting, Engineering, Communications, or related fields.
? Familiarity with CAD, Visio, SolidWorks, or other engineering/3D rendering software is advantageous.
? Experience with CRM and project management tools, such as ZoHo, Microsoft Project, Builder Trend, Basecamp, etc.
? Knowledge of programming for Control4, Savant, Vantage, or Lutron systems is a plus.

Compensation And Benefits

Compensation for this part-time role will be hourly, commensurate with experience and skills. The role can start as either a direct employee or a 1099 contractor position. Should the role transition to full-time, it will convert to a direct employee position, with full-time benefits including company-paid healthcare, paid time off, 401(k), and profit-sharing based on tenure.
