Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the precision and quality of documents generated by medical professionals and other specialists, thereby upholding our commitment to high service standards for our clientele. This position is entirely remote, welcoming candidates from across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
? Lead the prioritization and communication of the daily IQ list to the Quality Assurance team and independent contractors.
? Conduct proofreading, editing, and formatting of 4-8 dictated documents daily, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
? Collaborate with physicians and experts to rectify errors, omissions, and clarifications in their transcriptions.
? Format and review reports prepared by partner organizations for final approval prior to submission.
? React promptly and accurately to client inquiries as guided by management or the team lead.
? Ensure timely follow-up on ongoing work to guarantee client satisfaction.
? Maintain expertise in company computer systems, databases, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
? Stay current on relevant URAC accreditation standards, engaging in continuous training and committee participation as required.

Required Skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Word and related office applications.

Qualifications
? A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
? A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in insurance, healthcare, or allied fields is required.
? Experience in auto no-fault and workers' compensation is advantageous.
