Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist in data entry and management of customer databases.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
Process orders and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
