Remote Recruiter Responsibilities: ? Conduct a high volume of phone calls responding to applicants, screen, interview and recommend them to our hiring managers to be considered for the opportunity ? Provide the opportunity for applicants to gain their independence and land their dream job! ? Working applicant pipeline in ATS to place 4-5 candidates weekly ? This is a fast paced, high activity recruiting cycle with a solid base pay and potential for uncapped monthly bonuses based on individual performance

Must Haves As A Remote Recruiter:
? High school diploma
? 1+ years in a Sourcing, High Volume Recruiting or Sales Position
? Experience in an outbound call center is a plus
? Incredibly confident and strong on the phones, must be persuasive and engaging to capture someone's attention in 15 seconds (alpha personalities!)
? Cannot be meek, shy, quiet or timid at all!
? Must be coachable with dependable with a strong work ethic!
