Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and super dedicated Remote Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in managing incoming and outgoing calls, handling emails, follow-ups, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills, be a super fast learner, and have a knack for multitasking. Sales experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities: ? Handle incoming and outgoing calls, primarily reaching out to individuals who have previously contacted us. ? Manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally. ? Conduct follow-ups with clients and prospects as needed. ? Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks. ? Maintain accurate records and documentation. ? Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company goals.

Requirements: ? Excellent interpersonal communication skills. ? Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and processes. ? Strong dedication to providing exceptional support and meeting company needs. ? Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. ? Sales experience is a plus but not required. ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ? Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Compensation:
? Base pay of $20/hour with an opportunity to earn an additional $100 automatically per day based on performance and commissions.

Note: The position may begin as part-time to assess mutual fit before transitioning to full-time.
