Role Overview:
K Bizz is seeking a Remote Salesperson to join our team on a commission-based structure. This role involves promoting and selling our digital marketing services to target industries, including dental, healthcare, urgent care, plumbing, and roofing companies.

Key Responsibilities: ? Identify, engage, and close new clients within the target industries. ? Promote digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, web development, and social media solutions. ? Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to ensure long-term retention. ? Achieve monthly and annual sales targets to drive revenue growth. ? Stay updated on digital marketing trends to effectively communicate the value of K Bizz?s services.

Compensation Structure:
? Commission Only.
? 20% of the monthly revenue from each signed client for the first 12 months.
? 5% residual commission per month for the client?s lifetime after the initial 12 months.

Earnings Potential Example:
? A $1,500/month client yields:
? $300/month for the first 12 months ($3,600 total).
? Additional 5% residual commission after one year, for as long as the client remains with K Bizz.
? A $5,000/month client yields:
? $1,000/month for the first 12 months ($18,000 total).

Potential Earnings:
? Sign 10 clients at $1,500/month, and you can earn $36,000/year in the first year alone.
? Sign 50 clients at $5,000/month, and your annual earnings could exceed $900,000 with no earning cap.

Payment Details:
? Commissions paid every month.
? All payments processed via check on a 1099 basis.

Qualifications: ? Required Skills: ? Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management. ? Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ? Self-motivated and capable of working independently. ? Fluency in English. ? Preferred Experience: ? Knowledge of SEO, PPC, web development, and social media marketing. ? Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency (2+ years preferred). ? Established network or connections within the dental, healthcare, plumbing, or roofing industries. ? Education: ? Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
