Key Responsibilities

? Develop software solutions as an integral member of the delivery team.
? Mentor and foster the development of junior developers, enhancing their technical acumen and professional growth.

Required Skills
? 1 to 2 years of experience in leading software development teams specifically in Appian implementations.
? Demonstrable experience in database and system integrations.
? 2 to 4 years of hands-on software development experience, preferably focusing on Appian.
? Familiarity with Agile environments and methodologies is essential.

Qualifications
? A Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a relevant technical field.
? U.S. citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance.
