Key Responsibilities
? Direct and oversee all phases of project delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
? Guide and mentor a diverse team of technical and administrative professionals, fostering a motivated and productive work environment.
? Formulate and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure seamless project execution.
? Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks and issues, and effectively communicate status updates to stakeholders.
? Oversee the design, installation, and implementation of network infrastructure standards to enhance technology integration.
? Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to guarantee system reliability and availability.
? Assess network performance continuously and identify areas for enhancement.

Required Skills
? Active Secret security clearance.
? Strong technical proficiency in data management, analysis, and advanced network technologies.
? Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
? Strong problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve multifaceted issues.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
? Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
? Experience with DoD projects is advantageous.

Qualifications
? Bachelor?s degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or information technology.
? PMP certification.
? At least 10 years of experience in computer and network project management support.
