Responsibilities
? Identify and vet potential carriers to build a network of reliable service providers
? Generate leads, set appointments and present business proposals to potential customers through various communication channels
? Undertake cross selling and up selling within existing customer base to further develop account potential
? Meet or exceed sales goals
? Use your truckload of experience to drive success

Requirements
? Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role
? Must have the ability to steer a team of sales managers in the right direction
? Have at least 5 years of leadership experience
? Ability to navigate the transportation and logistics industry
? Strong problem-solving skills - you always find a way to deliver
? Excellent customer service skills - you know how to keep clients trucking along
? Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - you know your way around the office park
? Strong industry relationships a must - you have roads that lead to success
? Ability to travel occasionally - pack your bags and hit the road
