Key Responsibilities
? Formulate and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Reddit to amplify brand awareness and community engagement.
? Lead the strategic direction for YouTube advertising, overseeing all aspects from campaign setup and audience targeting to budget allocation, creative development, and performance analysis.
? Collaborate with content and design teams to generate compelling social media content that aligns with our brand messaging and campaign goals.
? Monitor and analyze key performance indicators across social media channels and YouTube ads, delivering comprehensive reports that provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
? Foster engagement within social media communities by responding to inquiries, addressing comments, and stimulating conversations.
? Coordinate with other marketing teams (SEO, PPC, email) to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns across all digital platforms.
? Keep abreast of the latest trends in social media and innovations in YouTube advertising to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills
? 7+ years of experience in social media marketing and YouTube ad administration.
? Proven success in executing large-scale social media and video advertising campaigns with measurable outcomes.
? Proficiency in YouTube ad formats, targeting techniques, and A/B testing methodologies.
? In-depth knowledge of ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
? Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social) and YouTube performance metrics.
? Strong budgeting skills for managing paid social and video initiatives.
? Exceptional project management and communication abilities.

Qualifications

Compensation And Benefits
? Salary Range: (99,800 - )149,700, based on experience and location.
