Key Responsibilities

? Execute general accounting tasks, including transaction entry and reconciling both bank and balance sheet accounts.
? Verify and reconcile payments related to accounts payable, ensuring accurate account allocations.
? Manage accounts receivable for precise financial reporting.
? Post and reconcile sales and payroll transactions.
? Participate in special projects as required.

Required Skills
? Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential.
? Strong data entry and analytical capabilities.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Capacity to independently manage projects.

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred.
? 5 to 10 years of experience in bookkeeping or staff accounting.
