Key Responsibilities
? Conduct thorough legal and country conditions research
? Draft client declarations and legal memoranda
? Organize and analyze evidence

Required Skills
? Excellent writing capabilities
? Strong legal research skills
? Familiarity with U.S. immigration law and international human rights
? Solid analytical and organizational abilities

Qualifications
? Currently enrolled in a law school or a recent Juris Doctor (JD) graduate
? Background or demonstrated interest in U.S. immigration law, international human rights, or federal litigation
? Prior legal research or writing experience is advantageous but not essential
