Key Responsibilities
? Supervise the full spectrum of warehouse activities, ensuring a smooth flow of components and equipment.
? Master inventory management by predicting needs, overseeing stock levels, and maintaining organization.
? Negotiate favorable terms with vendors to achieve best pricing and punctual deliveries.
? Employ advanced software tools to monitor inventory and refine operational processes.
? Collaborate with diverse teams including engineering and customer service to synchronize efforts.
? Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills
? Minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or materials management.
? At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a high-paced environment.
? Proficiency in software such as ERP systems, CMMS, or inventory management tools.
? Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to foster cross-team collaboration.
? Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace.

Qualifications
? Experience in manufacturing, food production, automotive, aerospace, or heavy equipment is advantageous.
? Familiarity with international shipping and customs regulations is a plus.
? Understanding of Lean Manufacturing methodologies such as 5S, Six Sigma, and Kaizen is beneficial.
? Valid forklift operator certification is preferred.
