Key Responsibilities
? Assist clients in completing their tax returns using TurboTax products.
? Provide insightful tax advice and comprehensive return preparation services.
? Conduct tax calculations and address product-related inquiries.
? Utilize professional resources and government websites to present clear, comprehensible information to clients.
? Maintain precise records of client interactions through advanced video communication tools.

Required Skills
? Minimum of 2 years of experience preparing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
? Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with a sound foundation in tax law and preparation.
? Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to enhancing client experiences.
? Proficient in engaging clients via video and audio communication platforms in a friendly and professional manner.
