**Responsibilities:**

1. Provide timely and accurate customer support for various Apple products.

2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.

3. Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system accurately.

4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

5. Stay updated with new technology and Apple products.

6. Offer recommendations to customers on maintaining their Apple devices.

7. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven experience in a technical support role (preferably IT-related).

2. Strong understanding of macOS, iOS, and other Apple software.

3. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

4. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. High school diploma required; further education or certifications in IT or computer science preferred.

6. Ability to handle stressful situations and high-volume work environments.
