(REMOTE) Temporary HR-Benefit Assistant II for Open Enrollment Support

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Provide HR administration and benefits transactions in Workday and other applications
? Assist with processing dependent documentation and answering routine colleague inquiries
? Participate in support of the open enrollment process and onboarding of new hires
? Enter and document all incoming inquiries in detail using the case management system
? Collaborate with HR Service Center team to resolve complex associate issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School diploma and three (3) years of experience in an HR specialist or customer support role
? Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources and Health & Welfare Benefits implementation
? Basic knowledge of HRIS (i.e., Workday) and understanding of transaction impacts on benefits and pay
? Strong attention to detail and customer service experience
? Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with good keyboarding skills and high accuracy

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, Business Systems, or related field
? Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Workday, and Kronos time and attendance systems
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
? Experience representing HR departments to higher-level managers and various departments
