Located in South Florida, the cruise capital of the world, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Travel/Event Consultant to coordinate exciting tours and experiences for our group and custom programs. About the Position:
The Consultant will report directly to our Manager of Groups & Custom Fulfillment and will assist with curating custom and group shore excursions. This is an exciting role with challenging growth opportunities and close collaboration with incredible tour operator partners around the world and travel agency partners. Responsibilities include creative planning and execution of custom and group shore excursions, engaging in client communications, negotiating with vendors, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: ? Provide exceptional service and anticipate client needs. ? Identify and coordinate exclusive arrangements for special groups. ? Negotiate with tour operators and obtain quotes. ? Prepare quote documents and export reports as needed. ? Strengthen client relationships and vendor/affiliate partnerships. ? Maintain an organized workflow for optimal efficiency. ? Work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. ? Support group leaders with questions and changes regarding their custom arrangements. ? Meet and exceed client expectations on a consistent basis. ? Be able to think creatively and quickly to resolve issues. ? Schedule and host check-ins and meetings. ? Develop a strategy to optimize conversion. ? Provide management with status reports and recommendations.

Requirements: ? Strong organizational and time management skills. ? Experience in a service-oriented industry or expertise with tour/activity development, groups or charter services, event planning, or equivalent role. ? Proven ability to coordinate custom arrangements, finalize details, and negotiate terms. ? Exceptional attention to detail, phone/video communication, and writing skills. ? Flexible availability to maintain responsiveness and communicate with clients outside of standard business hours. ? Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Excel) and Google Suite applications. ? Possesses strong business acumen and enthusiasm. ? Works collaboratively and is an independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
