Key Responsibilities
? Accurately inputting data into our system based on supplied images
? Identifying and classifying various document types
? Reviewing and validating data entries to maintain quality and precision
? Handling personal health information (PHI) with utmost confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA standards
? Collaborating with colleagues professionally as needed
? Proposing suggestions for process enhancements
? Completing all assigned tasks promptly and assisting with additional responsibilities as required

Required Skills
? Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to work efficiently
? A proactive self-starter capable of focusing on multiple tasks
? Quick learner with the adaptability to follow instructions accurately
? Strong capacity to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
? Proficiency in reading and writing English
? Typing capabilities: 50 WPM with 95% accuracy, 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy

Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred but not required

Compensation And Benefits
? Hourly wage of $12
? Flexible part-time and full-time positions available (full-time preferred; minimum of 20 hours weekly)
? Shifts available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
