• **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and management to support overall departmental goals. Share best practices and participate in training sessions as needed.

• **Adaptability**: Stay informed of ongoing changes within the company and industry to provide up-to-date information to customers.

### Requirements:

• **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience necessary.
