Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:
• 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer skills and web chat platforms
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to think creatively
• Experience working remotely is a plus
