### **Job Description:**

As a Resort Guest Services Agent at Disney, your main goal is to ensure guests have a magical stay from the moment they arrive until their departure. This involves managing reservations, addressing guest needs, and providing information about resort amenities, park attractions, and special events.

In this role, you will handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, issue room keys, and process payments. The ability to handle guest concerns and feedback with empathy and professionalism is crucial. You’ll coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness and address any issues promptly.

Moreover, you will have the opportunity to make magical moments happen by going above and beyond in your guest interactions. Whether it? recognizing a birthday, anniversary, or other special occasions, you?l have the tools and support to create unforgettable experiences.

Training provided will cover our systems and protocols to ensure you feel confident performing your duties. You will also learn about Disney? rich history and its standards of service excellence, which you will be expected to uphold and embody.

### **Requirements:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proven customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

5. Proficiency in using computer systems and technology.

6. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

7. A friendly, enthusiastic personality and professional appearance.

### **Responsibilities:**

1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and provide information regarding resort services, activities, and local attractions.

2. Manage reservation systems and maintain accurate guest records.

3. Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

4. Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments accurately.

5. Coordinate with various resort departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

7. Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

### **Educational Qualifications:**
