What You?ll Be Doing
? Will act as the commerce operations account manager for each client as it relates to their single retailer.com business (Amazon and/or Walmart). This could include driving sales, promotions, and new product launches as well as communicating and negotiating with several Amazon.com contacts to grow the client?s traffic, brand awareness, customer conversion, and revenue on Amazon.
? Develop, communicate, and oversee a marketplace operations strategy with a clear understanding of all inputs that impact performance, including but not limited to: demand forecasting; catalog management; content analysis / optimization; operational efficiency; and business reporting / retail analytics.
? Proactively assist in the maintenance and enhancement of the client?s brand and product on their respective marketplace(s)
? Ensure and facilitate cross-channel communication both internally and externally (i.e., Agendas, Actions Items/Follow Ups, Client Updates, etc.)
? Perform audits of client catalog data and make updates to enhance SEO and the customer experience
? Troubleshoot operational challenges
? Assist in deck creation for client presentations (QBR?s, Monthly/Campaign Recaps, etc.) with data collection and analysis, and ensure that formatting, grammar, and flow of content is accurate and on-brand
? Utilize reporting and performance dashboards to provide data insights, find areas of opportunity, and drive client performance
? Process large data files with the use of Excel and Google Sheets to create customized reporting
? Identify opportunities for process improvement to simplify the path forward for the Commerce Operations service line by working with teammates and cross-functional partners

Requirements
? 2-3 years experience in ecom and Amazon experience. Walmart experience is a plus.
? Clear understanding of retail and marketplace platforms and functions on Amazon; experience with Vendor and/or Seller Central
? Experience operating on Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central
? Previous account management experience, preferred.
? Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and/or Google Sheets, Google Slides
? Reliable, takes initiative and finds ways to solve problems independently, has a curious mind
? High attention to detail with the ability to efficiently prioritize and execute projects with quality
? Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
? Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
? Flexible and can deal with working in an autonomous environment

Compensation

The hiring salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.

Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
