Essential Job Functions:
? Connect with clients, ask about their plans, suggest merchandise, and generate enthusiasm for transactions.
? Offer incomparable customer service that exceeds customer satisfaction.
? Keeping the assigned areas free from clutter and hazards, and well-stocked is vital to ensure the safety and satisfaction of the customers.
? Collaborate effectively with managers and teammates to meet sales quotas.
? Utilize the point-of-sale (POS) system to complete customer transactions.
? Perform customer returns and exchanges using the company's established guidelines.
? Be in compliance with the authorized procedures for accepting payments by cash, checks, or credit cards.
? Make price labels and promotional banners, supervise inventory, label and showcase products.
? Follow the fundamental principles that define the company's ethos.
? Show and verify implementation of company safety protocols.
? Handle phone calls based on the organization's phone call management procedures.
? Respond to calls for assistance in different areas of the store.
? Excel in a fast-moving setting while maintaining precision.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements: ? Only individuals who have reached the age of 18 or above are eligible. ? Proficiency in elementary math skills is vital in many professions, including finance, engineering, and science. ? Proficient in customer service based on past performance. ? Being skilled at multitasking and performing at a high level even in demanding situations. ? Forklift certification via F&D may be a requirement for certain job positions. ? Heavy equipment certification requires a drug test to be cleared as per the laws in place in certain states.

Physical/Sensory Requirements: ? Moving and manipulating objects necessitate the application of force, which must range from 30 to 60 pounds occasionally or 20 to 30 pounds frequently. ? People frequently handle and feel objects using their hands and fingers. ? A job that necessitates prolonged standing, walking, and balancing while performing tasks.
