**Description:**
The Sales Coordinator at Disney will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations and enhancing our customer engagement strategies. In this position, you will assist with the coordination of sales reports, manage sales scheduling, and act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams. **Responsibilities:**
1. Support daily sales operations and coordinate sales team activities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
2. Maintain comprehensive client and sales records, and prepare regular reports on sales metrics.
3. Assist in the scheduling and organizing of meetings, sales presentations, and other sales events.
4. Provide administrative assistance, including managing calendars, responding to clients, and preparing communication on behalf of the sales team.
5. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and to gather materials for sales collateral.
6. Monitor the sales industry and competitor activities, providing insights and reports to management and the sales team.
7. Facilitate the smooth processing of sales orders and liaise with finance and logistics departments to ensure compliance and efficient workflow.
**Requirements:**
1. Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
5. Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
6. High attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
7. A proactive approach to handling challenges and keenness to take on additional responsibilities.
