What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Provide sales support during initial contact by gathering information and determining the best-fit communities for potential residents
? Manage incoming calls and chat messages for regional community sales inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up
? Maintain thorough knowledge of community offerings, operational models, pricing, and availability
? Prepare and manage sales-related documents and communications to support the sales process
? Assist in promoting community events and maintaining an inventory of sales materials

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? College graduate required
? Previous sales experience
? Previous experience working with seniors is a plus
? Must live in the region supported
? Intermediate knowledge of computers, including MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM, Access, and Outlook)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in customer service or sales within a healthcare or senior living environment
? Familiarity with Kisco sales techniques or similar methodologies
? Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
? Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with residents and families
? Knowledge of social media and marketing strategies for community engagement
