Sales Manager - Electric Equipment Selling

Role Details:

?Position: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

?Completing sales efforts outlined in the Marketing Plan to achieve and/or exceed revenue goals;

?Assisting in the development of the marketing plan and annual budget;

?Identify and develop new client bases and maintain relationships with existing clients to enhance business networks;

?Ensure client retention through dedicated customer service and support;

?Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities;

?Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities;

?Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

?Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field;

?3 -5 years of sales or marketing experience in the electrical equipment sector, preferably in transformers;

?Proven experience in B2B environments;

?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of clients;

?Ability to work effectively with vendors and suppliers to ensure that the technical aspects of products and services meet the project? requirements;

?Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations;
