Compensation:

Our unique compensation structure rewards both individual sales performance and team growth. First-year earning potential for successful coaches ranges from $80K-$150K+, with significant growth opportunities in subsequent years.

Requirements: ? Active Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one through our sponsored program) ? 1+ year of team leadership or mentoring experience preferred ? A commitment to ethical sales practices and a passion for continuous improvement
