This role will run from mid-November to the end of December (Fully Remote).

Hickory Farms has entered the Business Gifting channel in a big way. We are building out our technology and internal sales support team to grow our Corporate Sales Business. We know our products are loved by many, and we want to bring our offerings into the workplace as gifts to employees and clients for holidays, birthdays, incentives, and any other milestone that a food gift basket will help celebrate and honor.

You will be working with our Corporate Sales and Service Team. This position works as part of the customer service team and is responsible for handling inbound calls as well as keying in orders received from various sources (email or phone). You will handle large amounts of sensitive information which will require a great level of concentration and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess a typing speed of 40+ words per minute, as well as excellent grammar and punctuation skills. You will also be required to perform other related tasks that might involve communication with customers and other internal team members. This position will report to the Customer Service and Operations Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - include but are not limited to the following:
? Assist the Business Gifting department in reaching their yearly productivity and sales goals
? Handle inbound/outbound calls
? Data entry of orders received by phone and email
? Handle customer emails
? Format, complete, and upload large-order Excel files into our system
? Perform routine quality checks to ensure accuracy
? Communicate effectively with customers to discuss order details
? Perform escalations and use a proactive approach
? Other related tasks as assigned by management

Educational and/or Work Experience Qualifications: ? Associate's Degree (obtained or in process) or relevant work experience ? 1+ years of data entry or related work experience ? Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook ? Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong initiative and creative problem-solving skills ? Excellent Customer Service skills ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Experience working in a professional setting
