What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Research, write, and publish materials to support Duke Health's consumer marketing efforts on various platforms
• Act as lead editor for marketing content for assigned service lines
• Coordinate with team colleagues to optimize content for SEM, SEO, social media, and user experience
• Oversee editing and proofing of all content before publishing
• Use project management skills and a ticketing system to manage the ongoing workflow of content requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
• Strong writing skills, excellent grammar, and spelling skills
• Experience writing health/medical information for a lay population
• Experience working in content management systems
• Experience with project management, time management, prioritizing, organizing, researching, creative thinking, and problem-solving
• Proficiency in a second language is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
