What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Develop and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using electronic health data
? Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within the Enterprise Data and Analytics Department
? Utilize UCI Health software such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Epic Reporting Workbench to deliver quality reports
? Ensure compliance with quality metrics and regulatory requirements in reporting
? Perform basic performance tuning to optimize queries to meet user needs

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
? Minimum 3 years of data analytics experience using relational databases
? Minimum 3 years' experience working with SQL
? Minimum 3 years' experience with MS SQL Server or Oracle and reporting tools such as SSRS and Tableau
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation within a centralized code repository
? 2+ years of experience working with EPIC EHR
? Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures, and forms
? Experience working in healthcare analytics
? Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
