Requirements
? Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
? Minimum of 7 years of experience in production operations management
? Proven track record of managing production teams and processes
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Excellent communication and leadership abilities
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
? Proficiency in production management software and tools

Responsibilities
? Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
? Develop and implement production schedules and plans
? Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
? Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
? Manage and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
? Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products
