    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the strategic customer success manager for assigned enterprise healthcare clients, including pharmaceutical and insurance companies
  • Help clients evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to drive business improvement using the employer's platform
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and conduct meetings to ensure clients achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience and mitigate risks
  • Identify opportunities for upsells and expansion in collaboration with the Revenue Team
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role such as Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
  • Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization
  • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects
  • Experience with web applications and adaptability to new technologies in a fast-paced environment
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • At least 5 years of SaaS experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical, provider, or health insurance/payer
  • Strong skills in data synthesis, including interpretation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
