The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of driving our organization's success by identifying, attracting, and retaining the best talent. This position offers the unique opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills in recruitment and talent acquisition to make a tangible impact.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft strategic recruitment plans.

Leverage various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking events, to attract top candidates.

Oversee the entire recruitment process from creating job postings to managing offer negotiations.

Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to meet both current and future staffing requirements.

Conduct thorough background checks and reference screenings.

Forge and cultivate relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.

Stay abreast of recruitment trends and best practices to continually enhance our recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Contribute to additional HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

At least 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the hospitality, financial services, or private equity sectors.

A strong understanding of recruitment practices and employment legislation.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.

High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about talent acquisition.

Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) will be considered an asset.

Work Schedule

Full-time position, Monday to Friday.

Primarily in-office with the flexibility for some remote work.
