We?re looking for a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help continue building out our India presence and Technology focused teams. The ideal candidate has experience doing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced growth organization and a passion for building high-functioning teams. This role will have an opportunity to scale out our teams and build creative strategies to find the best talent across a variety of talent disciplines, including Technology (Engineering) focused roles.

What You Will Do As A Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner:
? Own and manage full-cycle recruiting (identify, attract, close) for Porch?s India international recruitment efforts
? Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates; educate them on Porch Group services, business teams, and company at large; prepare them for interviews, provide timely, regular, and thorough communications to them regarding the interview process and as well as feedback
? Drive the end-to-end interview process including partnering on the advertised job posting, interview process plan, references checks, and offer approval and negotiation
? Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally
? Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to create customized sourcing strategies focused on cultivating strong and diverse pipelines of qualified external prospects
? Source active and passive candidates through creative and strategic sourcing methods including but not limited to employee referrals, networking, research, and advanced search tools
? Use data from our ATS to improve our various measures of talent progress, efficiency, and productivity
? Connect with team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping, competitor analysis, and interview best practices
? Supporting a requisition load of 10 - 20 positions full life cycle at any given time

What You Will Bring As A Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner:
? Bachelor?s Degree (or 4 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of)
? 6+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience- proven experience recruiting for Engineering (software development, QA, engineering leadership) and Product in targeted international markets is a must
? Experience using an applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday Recruiting is strongly preferred
? Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
? Team player mindset with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities
? Passion for relationship-driven recruiting and a demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with prospective candidates and hiring managers
? Proven experience working with US based business teams
? Excellent written and communication skills in English language
? Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations - Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap
? Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
