Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Associate to join our dynamic team in a remote work environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing tax services to our clients, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while optimizing their tax strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of various tax entities and the ability to deliver exceptional consulting and planning services.

We are open to a Tax Manager at a higher salary if interested! This is an urgent need.

Key Responsibilities
? Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, C-Corporations, S-Corporations, partnerships, and fiduciary entities.
? Conduct tax planning and consulting for clients to minimize tax liabilities and enhance compliance.
? Perform multi-state income tax analysis and ensure proper filing for clients across different jurisdictions.
? Research and analyze complex tax issues and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
? Utilize CCH tax software and QuickBooks Online for accurate tax preparation and record-keeping.
? Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for tax filings.
? Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies that align with clients' financial goals.
? Mentor and provide guidance to junior tax associates and staff.

Qualifications
? Minimum of 3-5+ years experience in tax preparation, planning, and consulting.
? Strong understanding of U.S. income tax, including multi-state income tax regulations.
? Experience with C-Corporations, S-Corporations, partnerships, and fiduciary tax returns.
? Proficient in using CCH tax software and QuickBooks Online.
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
? CPA certification is preferred or (EA Enrolled Agent).
? Candidate would need to go onsite to meet the team, then 100% remote!
