What are we looking for?
Service Coordinator/Client Services Administrator for the HTS family of companies. Oversees schedule coordination and administrative duties for Home Technology Solutions and No Shorts Electric.

This is a full-time, hourly position. We are a growing company and have more on our plate now than we could handle and we have decided we needed a dedicated people for scheduling and administrative tasks.

What would a typical day look like?
As the Service Coordinator/Client Services Administrator at HTS your time will be spent ensuring that all jobs for both business units are scheduled in an efficient and timely manner. This involves thorough communication with project managers, builders, general contractors, and clients.
You will be responsible for scheduling all installations, service calls and consultations for both Home Technology Solutions and No Shorts Electric.
You will schedule jobs productively with the proper technicians for each job, each day. Throughout the day you will keep an eye on how the jobs are coming along and if they will be finished in the quoted time frame and adjust accordingly when needed.
You will be in close communication with our project managers, technicians, technical support team and clients throughout each day.
The majority of your time will be spent scheduling installations and service calls but there are other parts of the business that will require your attention.
You will be responsible for answering phones, overseeing and coordinating requests for time offs from our technical professionals, managing and coordinating follow ups for our service ticketing system, managing our text message platform & sales inboxes, responding to Google Reviews, assisting with sales and marketing initiatives as needed and anything else added from the Operations Manager or President.
This position will be responsible for executing the little things that exceed clients expectations, mostly involving communication and follow up.
