What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Manage post-sale order entry process, including HSD, video, and telephone lines
• Facilitate communication between customers and sales associates
• Enter orders in software platforms and maintain contact with various teams throughout the installation process
• Create service tickets and notate CRM tools for all orders
• Manage multiple projects and escalations at different stages of completion

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of related experience
• Previous experience in the cable industry preferred
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Knowledgeable in Salesforce.com and Single View
• Understanding of ROI and port process
• Intermediate skill in essential software applications
