Empower entrepreneurs and small businesses by joining as a Shopify Store Assistant. In this work-from-home position, you?ll assist Shopify store owners in managing their day-to-day operations and customer interactions. Focus on troubleshooting, guiding customers through their purchasing process, and providing detailed product information. This entry-level position is perfect for those eager to enter the e-commerce industry with a strong desire to learn and grow within the digital marketplace.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses? websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
