Im glad you're here, my name is Johnny and Im an agency owner looking for a Social Media and Virtual Assistant to join my growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is both creative and operationally skilled?ready to think of viral ideas and implement them, while also managing the day-to-day operations for our clients.

What?s in It for You?

? Competitive Compensation: Base pay of $2,500/month, with a commission structure for viral videos:
? $100 for videos hitting 100K views.
? $250 for videos hitting 250K views.
? $500 for videos hitting 1M+ views.
? Growth Opportunity: A clear path to grow into a Social Media Manager role, with a base salary of $5,000/month + commission.
? Collaborative Environment: Work closely with an experienced agency owner while taking ownership of exciting client projects.

What You?ll Do:
? Creative Strategy: Develop viral social media ideas and campaigns tailored to client goals.
? Content Creation: Script, edit, and post high-quality videos across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
? Operational Support: Manage posting schedules, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns for growth.
? Video Editing and Production: Use tools like CapCut, Canva (others are a plus as well)
? AI Content Creation: ElevenLabs, (or similar) to craft compelling content.
? Daily Collaboration: Work 1-on-1 closely with me on calls to learn the processes, eventually transitioning to more independent work.

What We?re Looking For:
? Proven Experience: You?ve implemented successful social media strategies, creating and delivering viral content.
? Technical Skills: Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, ElevenLabs, and other AI tools (preferred but not required).
? Creative and Analytical Mindset: You?re a self-starter who can think of unique ideas and track performance to refine strategies.
? Organized and Results-Driven: You?re able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, focusing on outcomes over hours worked.
? Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluency in English and confidence in collaborating remotely are must-haves.
