• Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create high-quality graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our audience and align with Southwest Airlines? branding and messaging.

2. **Community Engagement:**
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to enhance customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Engage with followers through interactive content such as polls, stories, and live sessions to boost engagement.

3. **Analytics & Reporting:**
• Track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and content initiatives using analytics tools.
• Use data insights to optimize content strategy, enhance audience engagement, and inform future campaigns.

4. **Collaboration:**
• Work closely with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overarching brand campaigns and corporate communications.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Customer Service and Public Relations, to address customer inquiries and promote corporate messages.

5. **Trend Monitoring:**
• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in digital marketing.
• Recommend new tools, technologies, and strategies to improve engagement and increase the effectiveness of social media efforts.

6. **Brand Advocacy:**
• Uphold and promote the Southwest Airlines brand voice and values through all online interactions and content.
• Actively monitor social conversations about the brand and identify opportunities for proactive engagement or crisis management.

• **Education:** Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• **Skills:**
• Proficiency in social media platforms, management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to interpret performance data and metrics.
