Key Responsibilities: ? Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels (phone, chat, email). ? Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and efficient manner. ? Assist with booking, flight changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests. ? Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. ? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. ? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, services, and procedures. ? Record and document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.

Qualifications: ? High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred). ? Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a remote role). ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to handle difficult situations. ? Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software applications. ? Comfortable working independently and managing your own time. ? Tech-savvy with familiarity in using computers, phones, and related software.
