Job Description:
? Arrange accommodations for live sporting events be it for local teams or professional
? Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, day trips
? Book reservations for hotel, flights, rental cars, special events and gatherings
? Receive ongoing trainings in order to stay inform for the best experience of ongoing and potential clients

Roles and Responsibilities: ? Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans ? Work with 3rd parties including vendors, trip planners, event organizers, etc ? Provide proper documentation to the clients such as, authorization forms, flights tickets, event tickets ? Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during trips ? Point of contact for clients before, during, and after day of sports event

Requirements: ? Computer or smart phone required ? Must be 18+ and coachable ? Work with minimal supervision ? Decision making and problem-solving abilities
