About The Opportunity

StudentUniverse seeks an experienced and driven Account Manager that will ensure account management success, client satisfaction, and revenue growth through effective client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
? Guarantee client satisfaction by overseeing high-quality services and solutions, promptly addressing client needs and resolving issues to exceed client expectations.
? Delivering exceptional client service.
? Identifying cross-selling or upselling opportunities within client accounts, working to

maximize revenue potential. * Execute client retention strategies to help reduce churn.

Implement and action tactics and strategies outlined by the Team Lead.

Experience & Qualifications

? 2 years of proven Account Management experience, preferably in student travel.

? Industry knowledge

? Ability to identify market insights

? A minimum of 2 years of GDS experience

? Sabre skills preferred

? Experience with complex international fares is strongly recommended

? Experience with complex ticketing & exchanges is preferred

? Professional & service-oriented mentality

? Impeccable business acumen and professional phone etiquette

? Great attention to detail

? Geography and international destination knowledge are necessary.

? Must have the ability to effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport

with clients.

? Candidates should possess solid and successful problem-solving skills.

? Strong written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

? Skilled in the usage of a personal computer and various software packages
