Responsibilities
? Engage with customers via chat to address inquiries and provide support.
? Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately to ensure satisfaction.
? Document customer interactions in our support database for future reference.
? Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
? Provide product and service information to customers to enhance their understanding and usage.
? Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been adequately resolved.
? Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions.

Experience and Skills:

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
? Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a chat environment.
? Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
? Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality support.
? Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer care.
? Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
? Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Wages - $25.90 - $29.10 Hourly
